The end is near

All I can say is that I am relieved to be done with depreciation.  I don’t know if it’s going to meet the requirements but I’ll be glad to see the end of it for now.  Please have a look and let me know what you think and if there’s anything I can change, please let me know.  Thanks in advance guys..

Step 5 – Trial Balance

Hi there.  So I have finally completed my Step 5 and my Trial Balance.  I never thought I would be grateful for my daughter being sick and allowing me a day off work, but alas that has happened.  I will be working this afternoon and evening to get some feedback to those who need it.  Please have a read and tell me what you think.  And please let me know if you need some feedback because I need to give it.

Step 4 – My accounts

I have completed my Step 4 which has been to create the Income Statement based on my own account.  I was hoping to get Step 5 done tonight as well cause I’m so far behind (no vacation week for me), but Moodle is down at the moment, so no hope for me there.  Let’s hope I can get it all sorted tomorrow for submission on Tuesday.  Please feel free to have a read and let me know what you think.  And thank you to those who have provided some feedback on my Step 3.  I may not have time to individually thank you but it is very much appreciated..

The End is Near

Hi all.  So I am running a little late with getting Ass#2 submitted and late nights is pretty much the story of my life at the moment.  I am just wanting to get some feedback from anyone about my work so far as well as give some feedback as well.  So please let me know and I’ll do the best I can to get it done.  I would love to submit this tonight so urgent feedback would very much be appreciated, but heck, I know we are all busy busy busy…  Thanks in advance guys and thanks for the experience of studying with you all.  It’s been fun.

Step 9 – NPV, IRR & Payback period

Hi all.  So I am working a little backwards at the moment.  I’ve done my ratio calculations but I’m going to leave the word document until tomorrow to tackle and tonight I have done my Step 9.  Can you please have a look and let me know with a quick comment what you think.  I am going to try post the whole Step 7-9 tomorrow evening so I can hopefully get some feedback, but I would love some just on this step and just really quickly what you think.  Thanking you in advance.

It’s been a while…

Well it really has been a while since I have posted on here.  I have been so far behind of late that I haven’t had time to submit anything for feedback in so long.

I have just completed my Step 7 and hoping to get the rest of my steps completed on the weekend, but I would really appreciate some feedback on Step 7 if you have any.  I’m hoping it makes sense because I feel a little like a ‘mombie’ at the moment trying to get everything done.

So please, have a read and let me know what you think…

My Top 3 Blogs

My first favourite blog goes to John Murray of Numorunophobia.  His link is as follows:

I find his posts to be extremely funny and light-hearted but still insightful and interesting.  I enjoy reading his posts and he is always very encouraging and lovely when responding to comments.  I have let John know that he is one of my favourites on his blog.

My next favourite blog goes to Dan of Dan’s Blog.  His link is as follows:

I find that Dan speaks what he is thinking and therefore I find this very easy to read and understand what Dan is trying to say.  I find his posts interesting and actually found myself very interested in what he has written about his company.  I was engaged and wanted to learn more.  I have let Dan know that his blog is on my favourites on his blog.

My next favourite blog goes to Jennifer Martin of Between The Spreadsheets.  Her link is as follows:

I find Jennifer’s writing to be a great insight into how her mind works.  She was really honest and truthful in her About Me section and as a single mum, I feel that I can relate to her and how she is feeling.  I think she has a great writing style that engages people and makes them stop and look, and her titles on her blog are so captivating, that you have to go in and read the blogs she has written.  I also find that she seems to be super organised, posting something about Ass#2 already, and with me falling a little behind after my surgery I find this is something I can aspire to to get back on track with my unit.  I have let Jennifer know that her blog is one of my favourites on her blog.
